This update is to fix a few bugs found since the last release. The next release will address changes for Light Hotspots.
Fixes sign out for Deploy Mode

Updates Witness days from 5 to 3
The Witness List looks at the last 3 days of Proof-of-Coverage receipts, not 5 anymore.
