This release is a routine update of the onboard blessed snapshot to block height 396721. This
allows newly onboarded Helium Hotspots to sync the whole blockchain in hours not days.
Plan
A 2020.07.02.0 release was deployed to the beta group on the afternoon of Thursday July 2nd at
around 4:00PM PDT. After a brief testing period we expect to release this to GA around 5:00PM PDT.
